‘The importance of feedback is not what we collect but what we do with it’



Feedback from patients helps us to see what you really think about the services we provide.  We can use the feedback to drive improvements in care.  Collecting feedback can be in a number of ways and we use complaints, informal complaints and compliments to change and enhance the way we provide care.  Patient experience is a vital component of the service and we want to hear from you.
