Recent Patient Feedback:
On 23rd July 2026, a compliment was received for Amanda Kidd – Senior Practice Nurse.
The patient wished to say how good they thought Amanda was. During their appointment the patient was very impressed with the service received and felt she was a credit to the Practice.
On 22nd July 2026, we received a patient compliment for Dr Krasinska.
After coming out of their consultation, the patient informed a colleague that they wished it to be noted ‘what a wonderful GP Dr Krasinska is. They added that she was very caring and that they felt listened to. They stated that the way their consultation was handled was was lovely.
On 28th May 2026, we received a compliment from patients, who both wished to express their gratitude to Amanda Kidd (Senior Practice Nurse).
They wished to thank her for her support and for being ‘an amazing nurse’ as she spent additional time with them, helping sort to ensure all of their medication needs and vaccinations were correct and up to date before they travelled abroad. They ended by adding that Amanda is ‘a star’ with her patient care.
On 20th May 2026, we received a compliment from a patient for Michael Turner (Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Partner).
The patient stated that they felt very grateful for his support. Adding that they believe that because of his intervention, he helped saved their life.
