Please be aware that we are currently experiencing I.T issues at our Chapel St Leonards surgery, which is affecting our access to our appointments system and your patient records.

We apologise profusely for any temporary inconvenience this may be causing, but please be aware that this situation is out of our individual control and is also affecting at least one other local surgery.
