Patient Notice: Zero Tolerance for Abuse

We understand how worrying and frustrating it can feel when you’re unwell and unable to get an appointment straight away. Our team genuinely does everything they can to help.

However, it is never acceptable to shout at, swear at, or threaten any member of our staff — whether in person or over the phone.
Our surgeries have CCTV, and all phone calls are recorded.

We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy. Any abusive, aggressive, or threatening behaviour will result in appropriate action, which may include removal from our patient list or forwarding the incident to the police.
