Do you have the NHS App? – Android Users

If you don’t yet, but have an Android phone, here’s why it’s worth downloading…
The NHS App is a simple, secure way to manage your healthcare from your phone, tablet, or computer. It’s free, easy to set up, and gives you quick access to key services without needing to call or visit the practice.
With the NHS App, you can:
  • Order repeat prescriptions quickly and safely
  • View test results as soon as they’re released
  • Check your medical record, including consultations and documents
  • Manage appointments — book, view, or cancel
  • Receive messages from your GP surgery
  • Prove your NHS number instantly
These features help reduce waiting times, free up phone lines, and give you more control over your care.
The app is easy to download to an Android device.
You can download the NHS App from:
  • Google Play Store (Android devices)
The official app always displays the NHS logo.
When downloaded, setting up your NHS login takes just a few minutes. You’ll need:
  • Your email address
  • Your mobile number
  • Your NHS number (if you know it — not essential)
You’ll be guided through creating a password and entering security codes sent to your email and phone.
Once set up, you can use the same NHS login for other NHS services too.
