if you need medical help on a day that we are not open, please use the following services:
For urgent medical advice that cannot wait until we reopen, contact NHS 111 online or by phone. They can assess your symptoms and direct you to the most appropriate care, which may include advising you to attend a local Urgent Treatment Centre.
For emergencies or life‑threatening conditions, such as chest pain, severe breathing difficulties, or signs of stroke, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E immediately.
For minor illnesses, such as coughs, colds, sore throats, or simple medication queries, your local pharmacy can offer expert advice and over‑the‑counter treatments.
