NHS England have announced that everyone accessing or visiting healthcare settings must continue to wear a face covering and follow social distancing rules to ensure patients and staff are protected.
From 19 July, the practice will continue operating under the same precautionary measures; nothing will change. Patients will be required to wear a mask, socially distance and use hand sanitiser when they attend the practice. Our staff will continue to wear PPE.
We understand that this could be frustrating; however, we know that when people come to the practice they are sick and vulnerable and some of them are unable to be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine due to health and medical reasons. We strongly feel it would be wrong to remove all these small precautions that protect patients and staff alike.
