The practice is now open, but we are still able to assess and advise patients remotely about any concerns that they have which are not Covid-19 related. You can contact the surgery to get advice and assessment by telephone. Please be aware that the phone lines are dedicated to patients who need to see a doctor or clinician between 8 – 9am. Please ring after 9am for any of the other services we provide. If a clinician makes the assessment that you need to be seen they can arrange to make you an appointment or perform a video consultation.

Please be aware we have recently changed the way we answer the telephone. We want patients to be able to access the practice in a timely way and get the help they need, so we aim to answer the phone as quickly as possible. If you are happy with the time it takes for us to answer the phone please let us know, on the other hand, if you are not happy please let us know. If you make a comment, please give us the reason why you have not had a good experience so we can collate the information and make improvements.
